Emergency Medical Assistance

Dear friends and brethren,

Greetings in Christ's most blessed name!

I am Reyfe L. Tambiling of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, my daughter Angeli, 20 years old wish total cure from her illness who already undergone the first session of Gamma knife surgery for AV malformation at the left cerebral hemisphere at Cardinal Santos Medical Center at Wilson St. Greenhills, San Juan, Manila last October 10, 2007.

We are grateful to Our Lady of Victory Training Center in Davao City who sponsored the first session of Gamma knife surgery. Praise God for touching the heart of those Godly people.

Aside from my personal expenses, the sponsor spent for that session more or less Php 600,000.00 plus free services given by some doctors of the hospital. Thanks God for using people who extended their help without reservation. She was discharged from the hospital October 11, 2007. We were advised by the doctors to come back by October 2010 for angiogram procedure, to see if there are still residues left.

On November 10, 2010, my daughter has undergone cerebral angiogram. The result showed that there were still small residues left and she was advised for another Gamma knife surgery this year. We may need more or less the same amount with the first Gamma knife surgery. I am asking financial assistance considering my net take home pay is only more or less 5,000 a month due to multiple loans. It is not even enough for our daily needs, considering two of my children are schooling while my husband has no permanent job. I tried to venture by way of using my pen and paper to ask benevolent help from civic-minded citizens, foundation or institutions including the International Care Ministry, among others.

My daughter Angeli Faith is a third year college taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Universidad de Zamboanga- Ipil. Recently, she maintained scholastic grades in college. It is our desire to let her continue her studies despite our economic condition.

It is along this problem that I'm asking for help so that the second session for Gamma knife surgery will be administered as soon as possible, anytime, this year. Your help will be the greatest gift to my daughter ans we will look it up with gratitude and thankfulness throughout our life. While most beggars have not gone to school, I would include myself as beggar for the sake of my daughter's life. I hope and pray that you will count this appeal with priority, because by doing so, you will save life.

Thank you very much.

Very truly yours,
